Who qualifies for the visa renewal program?

The following applicants qualify for the renewal program:

1. Individuals with:

• B1/B2 Visas issued for multiple entries for a period of at least 12 months. Must be current or have expired within the last 12 months.

2. Dependent children (under 21) under the following conditions:

• Both parents must have current valid visas or are simultaneously renewing their visas via the renewal program.
• One parent has a valid visa (or is renewing) and the other parent is a citizen of a country that does not require a visa to travel to the U.S.  (Visa Waiver Program, i.e. Italy, Spain, Portugal)
• Single parent has valid visa (or is renewing) and can demonstrate that they hold sole custody of the minor.

How do I apply?

In order to be given a renewal appointment, it is necessary to indicate to our Call Center Staff that you need an appointment to renew your visa, they will walk you through the process verifying your eligibility and scheduling you accordingly.
