Please note: If you use a credit card issued by a Venezuelan bank, the card will need to have the CADIVI permit for internet purchases before it can be used. This is the only way to schedule an appointment. The credit card used can belong to anyone; it does not need to belong to the specific applicant. The system only accepts Visa and/or Master Card. If you have a foreign credit card you should have no problem.
You can schedule an appointment by either way, online or call center.
The appointment obtained from the On Line Service cannot be changed at the Call Center. The appointment obtained trough the Call Center can be changed in the On Line Service.
