GENERAL INFORMATION FOR US CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD


U.S.-based citizens and family members who require general information about conditions in Venezuela can call the Overseas Citizens Services Call Center at 1-888-407-4747. The Call Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except for U.S. Federal holidays). In the event of a crisis, the Call Center will be open 24 hours per day as needed.

Callers who cannot access the Call Center’s toll-free number, 1-888-407-4747, can also reach the hotline at 1-317-472-2328.
