Panel Physicians
The U.S. Public Health Service requires all immigrant visa applications, including minor children, to have a medical examination at a designated facility. The Immigrant Visa Unit cannot accept medical examinations completed by a physician in the United States or by the applicant’s own physician. The applicant must schedule an appointment with one of our authorized panel physicians. Please bring 3 color photos, your passport, and your vaccine records to your medical appointment. The results of the medical exam will be valid only for a year from the date of the exam.
Please complete the medical exam and retrieve your results from the doctor before your interview appointment at the Embassy. Please do not open the sealed envelope prior to your interview.
