Consular Calendar

Consular Section at the United States Embassy in Caracas will be closed on the holidays listed below.  In addition, all Visa Units of the Consular Section -- Immigrant Visas and Nonimmigrant Visas – will be closed on staff training days. We will not issue immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas, or perform notarial services on training days. Only emergency services will be provided. Staff training days are generally on the last Thursday of each month, but there are exceptions. Please review the schedule below very carefully.
