Holidays and Consular Section Training Day Closures – Year 2012

The U.S Embassy in Caracas will be closed on the holidays listed below. In addition, all three units of the Consular Section - American Citizen Services, Immigrant Visas, and Nonimmigrant Visas - will be closed on staff training days. We will not routinely issue U.S. passports, reports of birth abroad, immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas, or perform notary services on training days. Only emergency services will be provided. Staff training days are generally on the last Thursday of each month. Please review the calendar below very carefully.
